Who can resist?

Really, who can resist this new, wet snow? It's been way too long since I made a snowman (or that we had enough snow to make one) so I thought it would be fun. And it was. My mittens got soaked and I could barely lift the middle snowball, but I did it.

And a snow angel too.

Doesn't the snowman look cute out in the backyard?

Enjoy your day,

Gators and hearts and pigs, oh my!

We're still having loads of fun at the lovely, little Glanworth library during Saturday-morning craft time.

A few weeks ago, we folded funny paper alligators with big googly eyes.

They can stand on their own four feet!

Last weekend we made hearty book marks out of the corners of envelopes.

The bookmark works well, doesn't it?

And this past Saturday, we made adorable pink pigs with big and little button noses.

They quickly became treasured little piggies.

Happy crafting,

Judy Ann

A Hearty Bouquet

Since St. Valentine's Day is just around the corner, I decided that for our Saturday morning craft at the Glanworth Library, we should make hearty bouquets. I bought a bucket of these foam heart stickers (the bucket contains small, medium and large hearts in white, pink and red) then cut some pipe cleaners in half. The kids just had to remove the paper backing on two hearts and press them together with the end of the pipe cleaner in between. We tied the flowers together with pretty ribbon. It was fast, easy and fun to make a whole bouquet!

Have a sweet day,

Judy Ann
